Partnership Officer

This role aims to assist the organization in obtaining new partnership opportunities with the government and private sector through acquiring new partners, creating partnership programs, and fostering relationships with partners to establish sustainable impact, meet organizational needs, and achieve fundraising goals. This role reports directly to the Partnership Manager.

In this role you will get to:

1. Researching, recommending, and executing new opportunities, strategies, and potential income in accordance with the vision and missions of the organization;
2. Creating relationships with new potential partners and maintaining relationships with existing partners;
3. Collaborating with to develop program collaboration to meet each other values or objectives, negotiating with partners for revenue targets, executing program collaboration with partners;
4. Working closely with partners to obtain data-driven insights and recommendation to understand impact and success of events/programs collaboration;
5. Work collaboratively with the program and growth & impact team in determining collaborative programs.

What you’ll need to succeed:

1. Min. 1 year of experience in a related field or similar position;
2. Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable college or university;
3. Have knowledge of the funding landscape for education in Indonesia;
4. Passion for networking and building relationships with external partners;
5. Willingness to learn new things and passion for problem-solving;
6. Possess high proficiency in dealing & negotiation with the ability to gain a deep understanding of partner goals and objectives;
7. Excellent presentation & communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English;
8. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
9. Creative and innovative in developing programs or project collaboration with partners;
